No, local pickup is not available during the Warehouse Sale.
The Warehouse Sale is a mix of retired, first-quality items, one-of-a-kind samples, and seconds. Chipped and flawed items will not be included in the sale.
One-of-a-kind samples and some collections will not have the VIETRI decal. ALL product is VIETRI quality and design approved. 99% of the product is made in Italy.
All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.
We take great care when packaging all of our handcrafted items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials. Please contact Customer Service at (919) 245-4180 Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST to receive a return authorization shipping label.

The Outlet Store will be closed April 21, 27–29 for sale prep, after sale inventory, and outlet reset. We reopen with regular hours at 10:00AM April 30.
